PAYMENT
SOC Switzerland GmbH accepts online payments with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online, Visa Electron, and via bank transfer. Payment is charged only when the physical goods are shipped or the virtual product is created, unless otherwise agreed.

DELIVERY
We deliver goods to Switzerland, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, France, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and the rest of Europe. SOC Switzerland GmbH is responsible for the goods until the cardholder receives the product.
CANCELLATION & REFUND
There is a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Any return costs are to be paid by the customer. The item must be returned unused. Once we have received the item and confirmed its condition, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.
RETURNS
The customer is responsible for any depreciation in the value of the goods due to improper handling.
COMPLAINTS
A 2-year warranty is provided on products in accordance with the European sales law. The right to complain applies to all defects in software, material, and manufacturing. Complaints regarding errors and deficiencies must be communicated to SOC Switzerland GmbH within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here, a maximum of two months is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We refund reasonable shipping costs.
