As long as the CBD product you consume is within the legal limit of 0.2% THC, your mental state is not going to be affected due to the low amount of THC. This does however not mean that it is legal. In some countries there is a total ban of THC in your blood, so while you may not be affected by the dose of THC there was in the product, you can, due to a high quantity consumption still risk a small amount of THC to show up on a blood test. This is however very rare, and is not a scenario that you should be scared of but we highly recommend you look up your local law with information regarding the THC limits per litre of blood. It is however worth noting that while it may not be legal in your country to consume CBD oil and drive, it will be close to impossible to track any THC in your blood due to the highly limited amount there is in legal CBD products.
